Event Photography FAQs

  • It’s best to book as early as possible. Popular dates can fill up quickly so booking at least 3-6 months in advance is recommended. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute enquiries, and Leigh will do her best to accommodate you.

  • You will be given a bespoke online client gallery, where you can view and download your images in high resolution and optimised for social media. The link is shareable, so colleagues and event guests can easily access the images.

  • Your 10 best images will be ready for PR and social channels by 10 am the next day. The full gallery turnaround is within 48 hours. Please ask about a fast edit fee and Leigh can block out her diary.

  • Leigh charges £100 per hour for daytime events. £150 per hour for the evening - post 5 pm. Minimum booking 2 hours.

  • Plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Leigh as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 30 days of the event, the deposit may be non-refundable.
