To ensure availability, it’s best to book as early as possible. Popular dates can fill up quickly, so Leigh recommends booking at least 3-6 months in advance. However, for last-minute enquiries, she will do her best to accommodate you.

Every event is unique and it is a bit of a how long is a piece of string scenario depending on the amount of activity within the event. Leigh does not limit the number of photos she takes at an event. If you have one speaker delivering a speech only there will be limitations as to how many different images can be provided, a networking event or party however, with lots of interactions, will produce more images. As a rough steer, you can expect 50 to 100 images from each hour of a corporate event.

Yes, all final event photographs are professionally edited, including cropping, sharpening, and colour grading. Additional retouching is available if needed, though it is usually unnecessary for event photography. Leigh focuses on capturing candid moments that reflect the event's energy and spirit.

Your 10 best images will be ready for PR and social channels by 10 am the next day. The full gallery turnaround is within 48 hours. Please ask about a fast edit fee and Leigh can block out her diary.

You will be given a bespoke online client gallery, where you can view and download your images in high resolution and optimised for social media. The link is shareable, so colleagues and event guests can easily access the images. Your 10 best images will be ready for PR and social channels by 10 am the next day. Leigh charges £100 per hour for daytime events. £150 per hour for the evening - post 5 pm. Minimum booking 2 hours.

Travel costs are included for shoots in Exeter and the surrounding area advance. Leigh also shoots across Devon, Bristol and London - travel and accommodation will be discussed before a final cost is agreed.
